Returns & Exchanges
30 days from delivery. Wigs must be unworn with lace uncut and tags attached. Start a return from your confirmation email — refunds land within 5 business days of arrival at our studio.

Wig Care Guide
Detangle from ends to roots, soak in cool water with sulfate-free shampoo, rinse downward, condition mid-lengths to ends, then air-dry on a stand. Wash every 8–12 wears, or sooner after heavy styling-product use.
Yes — all Veloura fibers are heat-friendly up to 180°C. Use a heat protectant, work in small sections, and let curls cool in your palm for longer hold.
On a wig stand or in the included satin bag, away from direct sunlight. Never store damp, and keep fashion colors separate from light fabrics for the first few wears.
Size Guide
Our average cap (22.5" circumference) fits most wearers, with adjustable straps covering 21.5"–23.5". Measure around your hairline: under 21.5" choose petite (message us for availability), over 23.5" choose large.
Yes. Adjustable straps plus front combs keep every Veloura style secure for all-day glueless wear. For high activity, a little got2b-style gel on the hairline adds extra insurance.
Warranty
Every wig carries a 90-day craftsmanship warranty covering cap construction, lace defects and excessive shedding on arrival. Normal wear, heat damage above 180°C and color fading on fashion shades aren't covered — but our care team will always help you revive a tired unit.
